Keep leather furniture away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent drying and cracking.
Use a conditioner periodically to nourish and protect the leather.
Attend to spills immediately and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
In case of a stain, use a clean, slightly damp white cloth, blotting from the outer edge to the centre of the stain. Do not use any chemicals or products not designed for leather.
RUGS
Vacuum regularly to prevent the buildup of dirt and debris.
Rotate rugs to promote even wear and exposure to sunlight.
Attend to spills promptly with a clean, damp cloth.
Use rug pads to prevent slipping and provide extra cushioning.
For deep cleaning, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations or seek professional services.
WOOL RUGS
For knotted, high-pile rugs, shedding may occur. This is not considered a defect. Over the first few months, shedding will gradually diminish with routine vacuuming. Pile carpets may continue to shed to a smaller degree for the duration of their life.
Routine vacuuming is recommended to preserve the rug’s condition. Use longer strokes to avoid too much back-and-forth motion. Be mindful of edges and corners, as these are weaker links and prone to wear faster due to improper use of the vacuum.
MARBLE FURNITURE
For regular dusting, use a dry cloth. For cleaning or in case of a spill, use a damp cloth and natural soap.
Do not use soap containing detergent or other chemicals. Dry with a soft, clean cloth to prevent spotting.
In the case of any unexpected dried spills or marks, we recommend using a high quality cleaner specified for natural stone surfaces. For stubborn stains and traces, we recommend lightly rubbing with fine steel wool in a circular motion.
Use coasters to protect the marble from heat and moisture.
Seal marble periodically to maintain its shine and protect against stains.
Always refer to the specific care instructions provided by the furniture manufacturer or connect with our customer care team for the best results.

CASE GOOD FURNITURE
Wood products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) ye·ar from the date of delivery. Wood is a natural material and as such it breathes and responds to changes in humidity and temperature. Additionally, wood will vary in shade, texture and markings; these variations are a normal feature of an organic product.
UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE
Frames and Springs, when subjected to normal use under normal conditions, are warranted for a period of one year, as long as the upholstered product is covered in its original covering.
Leather coverings are warranted against tearing, splitting and seam slippage for one year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not include coverage for natural characteristics such as wrinkling, natural markings from injuries to the animal, or variations in grain or color.
The coverings warranty does not cover fading or stains from spills such as acids, solvents, dyes, ink, paint, cleaning products, other corrosive chemicals or bodily fluids. We caution the consumer against improper cleaning, abuse, neglect, treating of coverings with chemical products, and exposure of coverings to sunlight, bright light or extreme heat, since each can cause damage to the covering and void this warranty. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment other than by the fabric manufacturer or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty.
Please note: dye lots may vary and this is characteristic of certain fabrics. Warranty does not apply to dye lot variance, and exact match of shade on fabric repairs cannot be assured.
FULLHOUSE offers a limited one year warranty on seat cushions against defects and loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not, however, be confused with a slight softening and flattening of the fibers and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging. Cushions and filling material will begin to soften and conform to the shape of the user and these qualities should not be considered manufacturing defects.
