LOCAL GREATER VANCOUVER IN-HOME DELIVERY

Our premier delivery team provides in-home service for furniture to your home and to the room of your choice. Highly experienced and knowledgeable about the furniture they are delivering, they will handle your pieces with utmost care and attention. They’ll arrive during a dedicated, confirmed delivery window, unwrap each piece, and examine the product with you to ensure your satisfaction. Once the item has been placed in your home, the team will remove the packaging materials so you can enjoy your new furniture right away. If you plan to store your items, please notify us at least 24 hours before delivery so we can retain the original packaging.

ONE FLAT FEE FOR UNLIMITED FURNITURE DELIVERY

Our in-home delivery service starts at $100 with the final price depending on the distance from our Vancouver showroom and the scope of work. This in-home service fee is a flat fee and not determined by the number of pieces, so load up.

Please note that our delivery service does not include installation of wall-mounted shelving or light fixtures. Bed set-up is available for an additional $100 charge with an extra hour added to the delivery appointment.

For over-sized items, please measure doorways, hallways, and elevators to ensure your furniture will fit. A 15% restocking fee will apply to IN-STOCK furniture that does not fit through doorways or tight spaces. Special orders cannot be returned, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Customers with local delivery will be contacted to schedule delivery within two business days once all stock arrives at our warehouse. Delivery typically occurs within 1-2 weeks.

If the customer is unable to take delivery within 14 days of being contacted that the items are ready to ship, warehouse storage charges will apply. If the customer is unreachable or unwilling to take delivery after 14 days of FULLHOUSE's attempt to inform them, FULLHOUSE has discretion on handling the items.

On your scheduled delivery day, our team will confirm your appointment and address details by phone. If a delivery appointment is missed, a redelivery fee applies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions regarding your delivery appointment.

LONG DISTANCE DOORSTEP DELIVERY

We ship across Canada only. At this time we are unable to offer shipping to the USA. FULLHOUSE works with preferred shipping partners for deliveries outside the local Vancouver area. We believe in transparent pricing and don't hide shipping fees within the product’s price. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

Standard doorstep delivery includes shipping and delivery to your front door, garage or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. Please note, standard delivery does not include inside delivery, assembly, or removal of debris/ packaging.

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Before leaving our warehouse, items are expertly packaged for protection. All items within a purchase will ship together, and we provide an estimated delivery timeline at time of order.

If there's a specific period when you cannot accept delivery, please notify us before the shipment leaves our warehouse. Once the shipment reaches the local terminal nearest you, the carrier will call you to arrange delivery. Shipping fees are to be paid directly to the carrier before delivery.

Upon receipt of your purchase, inspect the outer packaging and note any issues along with your signature on the delivery paperwork. If damage is noted, accept delivery and sign with the carrier "damaged upon arrival." If you need to store your items for an extended period, such as during construction or renovation, please be sure to inspect the product before moving them into storage, as we have a limited period of three days to report damage claims with the shipping carrier or manufacturer.

SMALL PACKAGE DELIVERY (LOCAL & LONG DISTANCE)

Most smaller items, such as pillows and table lamps, are shipped via Purolator or FedEx Ground. A shipping quote will be provided, and once confirmed and paid, your items will ship within 2-3 days. These items are expertly packaged and insured, and tracking information is provided via email. If shipped with a small parcel carrier your delivery will occur as per tracking details rather than scheduled directly with you.

FREE SHOWROOM / WAREHOUSE PICK-UP

We offer pick-up from our warehouse during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5:30 pm. Our warehouse is located at 1545 West 4th Ave, with parking at the rear of the building. We recommend bringing a larger vehicle and measuring to ensure your item is going to fit. If you need help loading your vehicle, please call us ahead of time to ensure assistance is available. FULLHOUSE is not responsible for any loss, shipping damage, cost, or expense once our warehouse transfers possession of the item to the customer or the customer’s appointed party.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged, so we can assess the issue and provide the best solution. We aim for all products to arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please email orders@fullhousemodern.com with images, a description of the problem, and your order number. Our customer care associate will promptly respond and address the issue.

Please note that damage claims must be submitted to the manufacturer or shipping carrier within 3 days of delivery, so be sure to inspect your item and let us know if you see any damage right away. If you are shipping to a receiving warehouse, please ensure they follow the same guidelines. Items may be replaced or repaired at FULLHOUSE’S discretion.

For a large item with damaged packaging please inspect it thoroughly and report to the delivery driver any damages (tear, dents, etc.) to the box or packaging, take several photos and ensure the driver records damages prior to signing for the delivery. If you do not make note of visible damage on the package, we cannot be responsible for product damage and may not be able to complete a replacement.

Please be aware that resolutions can take 1 to 2 weeks, and we kindly ask that all original packaging material be kept until notified.
