TERMS OF RENTAL (THINGS TO KNOW)

DURATION – Rental period is 10 days from date of pickup.

RENTAL FEE – All rentals are priced at 25% of original retail price with a minimum rental fee of $500 excluding tax.

DEPOSIT – All rentals are subject to a deposit of the original retail price of the piece(s) to be reimbursed upon return and inspection.

PAYMENT – Deposit and rental fees are due at the time of pickup. Cash, company cheque, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (3% surcharge applies to American Express purchases) are accepted. Deposit cheques must be certified & payable to FULLHOUSE.

PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO RENT – Furniture only, excluding beds and leather seating. No lighting, stone pieces, artwork, pillows, rugs, or accessories.

HOLDS – FULLHOUSE is a retail showroom. No items will be held for rentals.

DAMAGES – Items returned with damage will be purchased outright at the original retail price less the pre-paid rental fee.

BUY-OUTS – Items may be purchased at original or sale retail price less the pre-paid rental fee, if applicable.

REFUSAL TO RENT – FULLHOUSE reserves the right to refuse to rent any item, for any reason.
