  • Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, white dry sponge or cloth. Avoid exposure to all liquids. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. Vacuum regularly. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY INFORMATION

In-stock items will be shipped out within 5 days. Special Order items will be shipped out within 5 days upon arrival at our warehouse.

In-home delivery service (within GVRD) includes furniture placement & assembly, with the exception of beds and surface-mounted items. Bed assembly is available for an extra charge of $100 at checkout.

Large sized items will be shipped by ground service throughout Canada, with doorstep delivery only. If you require an in-home delivery, please contact us before checking out.

Small items are sent by Purolator, Canpar or UPS throughout Canada.
